Really interesting article, I almost would kill to have a AM bike, just don't have the founds right now, all goes in to the dh bike. But in not too many years I really has to own one, and then I've got some good tips from you here, will be interesting too reed the rest!
she is not giving any examples for training training for the triceps and chest muscles like benchpress and/or dips? I think that there should be because you are using them alot when downhilling, at least the triceps.
